De acordo com estudos recentes, as mensagens automáticas previamente agendadas por email (auto-responders), revelam-se decisivas para captar / fidelizar o cliente.


Using automation to respond to customer activity with email marketing is an efficient means of keeping in touch with consumers.

According to a recent article on Ecommerce-guide.com, there are countless customer interactions that can benefit from a follow-up email marketing message - such as when internet users sign up to a service, or when a person shows an interest in a certain product.

However, the website claimed that such messages need to be tailored, as opposed to a generic email marketingmessage or HTML email newsletter.

Speaking to the news provider, digital marketing expert Wendy Lowe said: "Automation provides an efficient way to do trigger email marketing. It creates a plug-and-play process where you set up the parameters and let it run. Then, all you need to do is track and monitor results."

She added that tailored, automated email marketing messages will put a company's customer service offering in a positive light.
According to SmartFOCUS, consumers prefer to be contacted by email when it comes to promotional material.
